It is exchange of experiences, to reflect on not damaging the natural environment, when we practice physical exercise, extracting what practices can help us to be considered an event in nature with low environmental impact.
Traditional games fulfill important tasks:
  • - develops European identity, cultural and historical exchange of experiences
  • - games can be adapted by following general safety principles, as well as promoting respectful attitudes and cooperation among players. Creating a safe environment for traditional games involves several aspects:
  • - Physical safety: Choose a suitable playing area, avoiding dangerous objects and ensuring that players have a clear understanding of the rules.
  • - Psychological safety: Promote a respectful attitude, inclusion and a positive atmosphere so that everyone feels safe to participate.
  • - Adaptability: Games can be modified to suit different age groups and physical abilities, ensuring equal opportunities for all participants.
  • - Nature conservation: If the game takes place outdoors, consider the surrounding environment to avoid causing damage to nature.
  • - Respect for nature: Many traditional games are related to nature, so they can be played while educating about nature conservation, avoiding harming it and using environmentally friendly materials, as well as reusable or recycled materials.
  • - Promoting creativity: Traditional games can be adapted by introducing new rules, combining them with modern elements and involving participants in creating new versions, making reusable or recycled materials for play equipment.
